When I first started wearing glasses(not because I go on LiveJournal too much but because I liked to read books like Can You Hear Me, God? Is Me, Margaret in the dark. Welcome to the 21st Century, where people obviously don't have things like electricity!) I actually kind of liked it because it had these chunky, plastic frames. I hate contacts or fancy-nancy D&G frames, but I like glasses shaped like hexagons. Ironically, retro (sun)glasses are suddenly all at rage again. I'm sorry I used "all at rage" but there's no other expressions. It all started at the fall 2011 collection of Givenchy, with all its panther sweatshirts, orchid prints and cat-eye glasses. And there's Prada spring 2012: Americana-inspired mid-length dresses with plenty of attitude.
First up are these round, oversize frames from Prism that almost every Japanese girl I know wears. 60's-inspired frames are even better, which are what these chunky Prada babies are for. I don't talk like that in real-life but whatevah this is da ~ INteRNet ~ The original Givenchy glasses were already sold out but if you, like me, don't have an unlimited bank account probably won't
