Thank god it's the weekend. There's so much homework I though I'm gonna get a nervous collapse :(. I forgot to mention in the last post: there's a whopping 16 inches of snow, so no school on Thrusday. And I don't know why I pulled an attitude, sorry :P.
I came across these new Rag & Bone campaigns just today(I don't check my Bloglovin all the time you know). The models did the advertisments themselves, and there's a rough feeling to them. I like the ones Edita did the most, I don't really know why.
If you wonder why I haven't blog a proper posts since forever, here's why: I don't just post pictures I saw from another blog, write a chessy caption and be done with it. I actually read, interpret and create. After watching the Christian Dior show, I actually took time and put effort into it, instead just posting the images straight from style.com. I made these collages, so, what do you think?
I think the haute couture is way better than the ready-to-wear, cause summer dressing is not really my type. I always dream of a fashion show with a sophisticate opera voice with some 50's style kind of pretty, pretty, pretty dresses. The accessories are simple and it compliment the gorgeous dresses.
Watch the show below. They played the same song over and over again:
Next Haute Couture post coming up is either Chanel or Valentino, so stay tune.
Screw it. I know that a normal 13 year old would be fawning over Bebe and Abercrombie, no offense, but since I'm not normal(and we all know that...) I'm always excited to find brands that think differently and more innovative that others. Dime Piece Designs is one of them.
[I always like brands that are kind of punk and goth at the same time]
The Spring 2011 Collection is called "Save No Prayer," which kind of reminds me of Madonna's hit single "Like a Prayer." The collection is rebellious, with a slight touch of religion(hence the name "Save No Prayer") For example, in the last picture that pilled-up collars are covered with the crosses. And I HEART that collar "Bitches be Trippin'."
The black + white -ness of this collection makes me want to kill someone.
